Overall job purpose

Working as part of a cohesive multi-location support team, and collaboratively with the Service Line, Sector and Client and Markets team to support their marketing activity. The team will deliver activities to support the targeting of quality new business and services to existing clients.

The role will:

  • Work across a wide variety of activities, sectors, services and geographies, and expose the role holder to a full range of marketing disciplines
  • Provide marketing communications, administrative and coordination support, ensuring programmes, events, campaigns and bids are delivered effectively and efficiently
  • Ensure activities, events and collateral align with marketing and business development plans and objectives
  • Optimize programs and events for increased efficiency
  • Share best practices and efficiencies with the wider team
  • Ensure marketing outputs are fully brand compliant
  • Support a number of sub teams within the marketing and business development team
  • Work on an ‘on demand’ basis across the team, on projects and activities across a variety of timelines


Responsibilities

  • Supporting national and regional marketing campaigns and initiatives to assist with effective and timely rollout
  • Ownership of physical and virtual event delivery, for an event series or on an individual basis, including event invitations, set up and delivery on the day, delegate communication and feedback reporting
  • Third party, sponsor and supplier liaison, controlling costs
  • Working with the Brand and Comms team producing internal and external communications material and collateral within brand guidelines
  • Coordinating and preparing bids and presentation material, ensuring the documents meet brand guidelines are fit for purpose, and delivered to deadlines
  • Conducting client and target research to support targeting and account management
  • Assisting with reporting on marketing and BD initiatives, collating, interpreting and communicating campaign and event metrics to evaluate performance
  • Being a Dynamics ‘super user’, ensuring the system is used effectively, assisting with enquiries and training on the system where appropriate
  • Order and control stock of marketing literature and promotional materials
  • Inbound lead triage to include research for the partner and ensuring the lead is correctly managed
  • Assist with other marketing and business development activities and projects as required
