This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Executive with strong all round marketing skills to join a new dedicated client management support function within the marketing team. The team’s aim will be to centralise the marketing strategies that will help grow our key client accounts globally. This role will work to support the growth and account management teams to implement strategic marketing initiatives to support cross-sell and sales opportunities across all of our services and solutions globally.

The role will involve supporting marketing managers with campaigns across the full marketing mix. You will be responsible for preparing marketing materials, copywriting, desktop publishing, researching new clients and areas of work, and project managing marketing projects.

We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic marketing executive to fulfil this diverse role. On a day to day basis, you will provide marketing support together with undertaking your own projects and activities. In this role, you will be able to demonstrate your wide range of marketing skills and make a real difference to the business.
Key Accountabilities

This position will play a key role in the delivery of the businesses client marketing plans.

•The role will involve supporting our marketing managers and client account teams with the delivery of client marketing activity, including coordination, collation and production of regular relationship review communications (bespoke to the needs of the client), in particular management information, quarterly relationship review documents, annual highlights, newsletters, alerts, capability statements, brochures and other branded materials.

•Updating client marketing plans including relationship matrices and activity reports

•Gaining an understanding of the client accounts and ensuring relevant and timely market/client information is shared with growth and account management colleagues along with assisting with research projects.

•Working with colleagues in Design, Digital and Events and providing administrative support for key client initiatives and events

•Ensuring marketing distribution lists are up to date and helping to identify key contacts at clients

•Monitoring campaign performance and reporting back to key stakeholders

•Responsibility for maintenance and execution of smaller client marketing plans and activity

Working Hours

35 hours per week

Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm with 1 unpaid hour for lunch. Essential Skills and Attributes:

The successful candidate will be a self-starter and team player in equal measure. They will be ambitious, positive and energetic. Highly organised with very strong attention to detail, the candidate will be capable of influencing all levels of staff.

The individual will have excellent communication skills demonstrating the confidence to engage effectively and credibly with busy individuals at a senior level. A high degree of competency and the ability to handle a challenging and varied workload is essential.

The individual’s skills and experience will include:

•Excellent project, organisational and time management skills with ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure. Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and a wide range of different tasks.

•Strong copywriting skills with the ability to analyse complex information and present it in an easy to understand, readable format.

•Strong editing and proof-reading skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

•Excellent communication and presentation skills.

•Must be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

•Experience of working with Email marketing systems (especially Microsoft Dynamics) and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Acrobat) would be an advantage.

•You should have a proven record of accomplishment and be willing to bring innovative solutions to drive marketing success.

•A flexible, self-motivated team player who is happy to roll up their sleeves to do whatever needs doing.
