PwC is looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Manager to take responsibility for a variety of different services enabling the business to market to the right audience and using the right technology. 

This individual would sit within our Sales and Marketing function and be part of our Sales Enablement team which comprises a variety of technical experts that are there to ensure the smooth running of the technology, data and insight. 

This role will include advising Marketing and the wider business on how to structure campaigns within Salesforce to increase activity insight, GDPR management including compliance checks and advice around following best practices – working closely with the Risk and Operations team. Training and upskilling the business on how to best use Sales Cloud and the marketing functionalities within it is also an important part of the role. There will be the need to analyse and build audience segments, run audience checks and consent communications, whilst maintaining a keen eye on data governance and quality. 

The successful candidate will need to be able to provide analytics to highlight the firm's engagement and performance via reporting dashboards within Sales Cloud and Salesforce’s CRM Analytics product (previously named Tableau CRM). They will also need to be tech enabled and have the ability to troubleshoot a variety of technical issues and take part in regular user acceptance testing to ensure that the tech being implemented is fit for purpose.

Essential skills and experience:

  • Organised, structured and analytical approach to problem solving

  • Good written and verbal communication skills, comfortable in dealing with senior stakeholders and ability to generate credibility, respect and impact at a Manager level

  • Ability to develop and sustain effective working relationships both virtually and physically

  • Excellent project management and organisation skills

  • Proactive, flexible and agile to navigate changing agenda and structure, with a positive ‘can do’ attitude

  • Proactive mind-set in dealing with challenges in a customer-driven environment

  • Able to work flexibly and to tight deadlines

  • High level of commitment, energy and enthusiasm

  • Salesforce knowledge advantageous, in particular Sales Cloud (CRM) and Marketing Cloud (Marketing Automation)

  • Intermediate level Excel skills and ability to manipulate data sets

  • Experience of using analytical software such as Alteryx an advantage.
